Sales Manager

We are looking for a new Sales Manager for a new residential project!

The new member of the Premier Estate team should meet the following:

  • Completed university studies
  • Minimum 5 years experience in residential sales
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, contracting and organising skills
  • Ability to coordinate, motivate and support the sales team,
  • Speaking fluent English
  • Good knowledge of planning, control and reporting of sales activity data
  • Knowledge in pricing  planning and sales strategies
  • Experience in market analysis (monitoring of competitors)
  • PC skills

Job Description:

  • Coordination of sales team in sales process
  • Achievement of individual sales targets and per coordinated team
  • Implementing the Established  Sales Strategies
  • Elaboration, coordination and monitoring of promotion campaigns and related budgets
  • Reporting on the team’s activities according to the superiors’ requests
  • Mobilize all the resources needed to reach the sales goals
  • Identifying customer needs and sales opportunities
  • Providing tailored solutions to the  customers needs
  • Negotiating and signing contracts
  • Continuous market prospecting.
