Sales Manager
We are looking for a new Sales Manager for a new residential project!
The new member of the Premier Estate team should meet the following:
- Completed university studies
- Minimum 5 years experience in residential sales
- Excellent communication, negotiation, contracting and organising skills
- Ability to coordinate, motivate and support the sales team,
- Speaking fluent English
- Good knowledge of planning, control and reporting of sales activity data
- Knowledge in pricing planning and sales strategies
- Experience in market analysis (monitoring of competitors)
- PC skills
Job Description:
- Coordination of sales team in sales process
- Achievement of individual sales targets and per coordinated team
- Implementing the Established Sales Strategies
- Elaboration, coordination and monitoring of promotion campaigns and related budgets
- Reporting on the team’s activities according to the superiors’ requests
- Mobilize all the resources needed to reach the sales goals
- Identifying customer needs and sales opportunities
- Providing tailored solutions to the customers needs
- Negotiating and signing contracts
- Continuous market prospecting.
