Premier Estate Management was one of the proud participants at the “Birouri și rezidential 2016” conference organized by Ziarul Financiar, along with some of the most important companies in the current real estate market. The most debated subjects were the law of giving-in-payment, the Romanian infrastructure and also residential and office market.
One of the surprising things that happened during the financial crisis that started a few years ago consists in the selling of many premium apartments. Premier Estate Management has sold apartments with a medium price of 110.000 EUR, yet the most expensive property was a penthouse worth of no less than 900.000 EUR.
In another train of thoughts, it is expected for us all to feel the effects of the law of giving-in-payment starting with 2017.
