“Things are going much better than they did a few years ago. In 2014 the economy showed positive changes so as a result many residential projects were started, in better areas and with improved  qualities. Now, unlike the boom period, developers are starting to consult with real-estate agencies about consumer preferences in order for their buildings to meet market demands” said Andreea Comsa, managing director of Premier Estate Mangement.
